OCD Therapy Ontario
Online OCD therapy for adults across Ontario.
OCD is often misunderstood as simply being organized or particular. Living with it is a very different experience.
What this often looks like
- Intrusive thoughts that arrive uninvited and will not leave
- Intense doubt, even about things you logically know
- Checking, re-checking, or seeking reassurance
- Rumination and mental reviewing that eats hours
- Avoiding whatever sets the cycle off
- Being stuck in "what if?" and unable to step away

The work
How we approach it
My approach is compassionate, practical, and non-judgemental. You do not need to convince me that your thoughts feel scary, confusing, or exhausting. Therapy is a space where we can talk honestly about what is happening without shame.
Together, we can explore how OCD shows up for you, what tends to trigger the cycle, and what you may be doing to feel certain, safe, or reassured. I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring therapy to your needs and goals. Our work may include building awareness of obsessive-compulsive patterns, practicing new responses to uncertainty, reducing shame, and developing tools to help you move through discomfort with more support.
OCD therapy is not about proving that every fear is impossible. It is about changing your relationship with uncertainty, reducing the power of compulsive cycles, and helping you reconnect with the parts of your life that OCD has been crowding out.
If you are tired of feeling stuck in intrusive thoughts, doubt, or reassurance loops, support is available. Book a consultation to talk about whether therapy with me feels like the right fit.
