ADHD Therapy Ontario
Online ADHD therapy for adults and young adults across Ontario.
ADHD can affect much more than focus. It can shape how you manage time, emotions, motivation, routines, relationships, self-trust, and the constant feeling that you are somehow "behind." You may be high-functioning on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, inconsistent, scattered, or frustrated with yourself for not being able to do things the way other people seem to.
I offer online therapy for adults and young adults across Ontario who are navigating ADHD, suspected ADHD, or ADHD-related challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in acceptance. Rather than framing ADHD as a personal failure or a lack of effort, therapy gives us space to understand how your brain works and what kinds of support actually help.
In our work together, we may explore overwhelm, procrastination, emotional intensity, rejection sensitivity, perfectionism, burnout, shame, people-pleasing, and the pressure to keep up. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapy, adapting tools and strategies to your life instead of forcing a rigid system that does not fit.
ADHD therapy can involve practical skill-building, but it is not just about productivity. It is also about rebuilding trust with yourself, reducing shame, understanding your patterns, and creating more sustainable ways to move through your day. We can work on tools for planning, emotional regulation, boundaries, self-compassion, and follow-through, while also making room for the very real emotional weight of living in a world that often expects one narrow way of functioning.
If ADHD has been affecting your confidence, relationships, routines, or sense of self, you do not have to figure it out alone. Book a consultation to see if working together feels like a good fit.
